Due to ongoing renovations and updated airport regulations, all arriving passengers at Terminals 4, 5, and 7 must now take a shuttle to reach the designated car service pickup locations. Additionally, inside terminal pickups are no longer permitted at Terminals 5 & 7.

Please review the revised procedures below to ensure a smooth and timely pickup experience:

Arrivals at T4/T5/T7 must take shuttle to designated pick-up areas. Inside pickups at T5/T7 not permitted. Rules may change during construction.

CURBSIDE MEET & GREET BAGGAGE ASSIST NEWBORN/INFANT/TODDLER/CHILD CAR SEATS

Terminal 4 — Limited Curbside Access

Curbside pickup is permitted only between 2:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
Outside of these hours, passengers must board an airport-operated shuttle bus to the remote car service lot.
Airport personnel will assist with directions and luggage.
Upon arrival at the lot, call Legends to connect with your chauffeur.

Terminals 5 & 7 — AirTrain Required

Passengers arriving at Terminal 5 or 7 must take the AirTrain to Howard Beach Station to meet their chauffeur.
Please allow 15–20 minutes of travel time after baggage claim.
Once at Howard Beach, call Legends to complete your pickup.

Additional Recommendations

Confirm your terminal assignment with your airline prior to travel.
Allow extra time for transfers from terminal to pickup zone.

When possible, consider alternate airports such as LGA or EWR for greater convenience.

Why This Change Matters

JFK is experiencing record travel volumes and a $19B redevelopment program. To reduce curb congestion, improve pedestrian safety, and prevent delays, for-hire vehicle pickups for T5 and T7 have been moved to the Howard Beach AirTrain Station. These measures may evolve as construction progresses; we’ll keep you updated.

Inside Pick-Up (Meet-and-Greet)

Your flight will be monitored and confirmed.
A car will be dispatched in advance.
Your chauffeur will be waiting for you by the baggage claim area (for domestic flights) and at the customs exit (for international flights) holding a LEGENDS sign with your name on it.
If you can’t find your chauffeur inside, please call +1 (888) LEGENDS or +1 (888) 534-3637.
It is the responsibility of the passenger to notify us of any changes in your itinerary, changes in flight information, or if you miss your flight.
Cancellation must be at least two hours before flight arrives/takes off for LGA, JFK, or EWR airports and three hours for TEB, HPN or ISP airports.
Complimentary waiting time is provided as follows: 45 minutes from the arrival time on all domestic flights. We also offer 60 minutes complimentary on all international flights.
Passengers leaving without notifying Legends Limousine in advance will be fully charged for the transfer.

Outside Pickup

Flights will be monitored and confirmed.
A vehicle will be dispatched in advance and on stand-by for you at the airport.
Upon collecting your luggage call toll-free +1 (888) LEGENDS or +1 (888) 534-3637, give your confirmation or your name and Legends’ dispatchers will direct you to a designated pickup point right outside your terminal where you will be met by your chauffeur within minutes.
If there are any difficulties locating your chauffeur, please contact our office.
